Founded in 1976, Sterchi Construction is a General Contractor that has been doing fine homebuilding and renovation projects in the Chattanooga area for 35 years.  We are licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and have a LEED Accredited Professional on staff.

Our Process

Our process begins with introductions, design development, budget projections, and a timeline, which allows us to create a finalized strategy. Our team, which consists of the client, the designers, the contractor, and the project manager, will meet at progressive milestones and all work together to mold the final plan and approach.

When the job begins, our people begin to implement the created plan by following the guidelines that the design specifications, budgeted allowances, and Flow Chart dictate. As the project moves forward, regular team meetings are scheduled to discuss the progress of the project and to help to insure that each phase of construction is coordinated appropriately. Every detail is given the greatest attention and care is taken to insure that the project is the best it can be and that we are attentive to the needs of the client. This makes the experience a positive one for everyone involved.
