Project Scope:
Whole house renovation with complete interior and exterior redesign of home originally built by Sterchi in the 1980s, including two additional wings, complete roof redesign, and expansion of second floor
Inside features dramatic archways, custom trim work, millwork, and doors throughout
Custom wrought iron railings throughout
Expansive outdoor courtyard with gardens, mountain stone fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and pervious flagstone pavers
