We completed multiple projects at this scenic Wildwood, Georgia property, including a whole-house renovation, new two story pavilion complete with full kitchen and living area, patio, and a new pool.
Project Scope:
Whole-house renovation including new/expanded kitchen and adjoining family room
Used attic space to double guest bedroom space and added full guest bath.
New windows and doors throughout
New two story, 4 seasons pavilion with two car garage/shop below
Pavilion complete with full kitchen, grill, fireplace, dining/living room area, and rear patio overlooking the beautiful valley
The outdoor structure can open 2 entire sides during ideal weather and close for climate control during other times
Main house entrance was somewhat ambiguous so we created a more defined grand entry
Built new pool and adjoining spa with beautiful locally sourced flagstone coping
